There is no God.

The empty headed fool has said "There is no God."  

Get your manna daily.  Just as the Israelites had to gather their manna day by day, we, also need to have tunnel vision.   We need to realize that we must put one foot in front of the other.   Do the 'next thing' on our duties of the day.  Know that God is providing for TODAY.   Do not worry about tomorrow.   He has provided what you need today!

Do today what is the next thing to do.  Not until heaven is reached do souls sit and drink in the joy of God's revelation.  At the moment we are pilgrims and we need to daily march.   So get your daily marching orders, and strength, and guidance for the day.    Have your prayer time.  Listen.


Do not seek out the BABBLE of the world... internet, t.v., news, phone....
If you put this before your time with God, your spirit will be overcome.  You cannot handle all this information....you were not meant to.

Do not rebel.   When a less than perfect attribute of yours is discovered....or pointed out....Do you react with sarcasm?  Do you attack, blame and act defensively?   This contradicts our Lord's essence of love.   Listen, and realize, that it is okay to not be perfect.

If you are not 'right', that does not make you any less valuable of a person.

Why do we feel that if we are not perfect we are a failure.   Quit over reacting to your faults!  Emotional well being means 'progress, not perfection'  

Next time you are afraid, or feeling guilty because you are afraid...   afraid to drive, afraid to talk in front of people, afraid to do something different, to fly, own up to your fear, ask for prayer, run to prayer, refuse the guilt.   Walk forward knowing that there is a whole lot of imperfect people , in fact, all of us are imperfect. 

Remember, PROGRESS, not PERFECTION.   It is okay.

Went on a trip....

when I came home, my laptop was not working.

   I figured, I can just take it apart and see what is wrong

.... ended up leaving this note for my son...

Soooo, anyone here know Mr. Magoo? Let's just say, when I mow our yard, I have to remove my glasses and put on safety glasses.... And of course I have to pick up sticks and things that will get caught in the mower. I do this as I am mowing......  

Yes.... I did this.....   it was long, brown.....

Lazy Broke Granny Country Spaghetti made with Deer Meat

So just came in from picking vegetables from our garden.

Realized it was time for me to start dinner.

BLAH.

So, I started with this..........

 Seriously.  

..... I just took the tops off of the tomatoes.
 I  threw them whole into a pot with some water in it...           : /


       Okay, well that is a start.... 


Lazy...  maaaybe....   
I threw in some oregano I had picked from the garden and dried.

then..........
some Basil...

then some ....Parsley.

Oh, why not......

add some garlic........................

some salt...............about two teaspoons......

Peppers that my daughter picked from her garden....

Yes, I did core them.  

But then, I threw them in just like that!

I decided to throw in a can of tomato sauce.......hmmmmm....what else?

That's it!  

 I threw in a pound of frozen deer meat....  yep.....just like this!

I just let it cook like this for alittle bit....about ten minutes...

hmmm....I think I will add some sugar....about a quarter of a cup.....

or you can use honey...but, you guessed it, laziness won....

it was easier to use sugar....  ; )

WellNow just let it cook on a medium high heat for about ten minutes.....

I need something to go with this.......  hmmmm....how about those green beans?

So, I washed the beans.....

And since I don't feel like doing dishes, I will just use scissors.....

DANG, look at all the dirty dishes!  : /

Okay...now we are cooking! 

Let those beans cook for a while, add some garlic, some butter some salt.....

beans need to cook on medium high for a bit....

simmer your sauce in the front....

Dang, I might have time to do some of those dishes after all!

Nah. 

Get the pot boiling for some spaghetti noodles...

Looks like that's what it's going to be!

Spaghetti and meat sauce

with green beans and garlic bread.  

Don't worry any if you drop some spaghetti on the floor, there is always a critter around who is happy to clean up the floor for you!

No need to vacuum!  ; )

Ok, so let's get the garlic bread ready...
I don't have much bread to work with....

So, I will slice it this way

......and add some butter,

garlic, and parmesan cheese....
oooh, and don't forget to toast it!

Oh, man, I think I need to add alittle more oregano, and some parmesan cheese to the sauce....

I also think I want to add some onion taste...

So, too lazy to go get some onion from the garden, I use some scallion that I dried..
it gives that onion taste!

Get the mozzarella grater ready!  Got this one from the Thrift Store!

Let the sauce simmer some more!

Now I couldn't get great pictures, because they ate it kind of fast!

You know, the 'no talking' slurping kind of fast....

In front of her own family?   Were they a stunned audience?

Don't have an audience mentality in life.
Just read where a man on a beach went and sat on a girl in front of her family and proceeded to fondle her.   

HOW?

Have we become so anethesized that we can't react to life in real time?

How could her family and all the other beach goers just watch?

I think we are losing our ability to interact with our environment!

Perhaps we think everything is a television movie instead of real life?
