Be slow to speak,
Stop everything until you ar full of joy and strong,
ceaseless activity is NOT part of God's plan.
Bless your enemies,
pray joy and blessing on them.
Before I speak make sure I am speaking to edify,
NOT to hurt, attack, or defend my position.
Pray first.
Lord, help put a guard on my mouth.
Help what comes out to be a reflection of You.
