Feel stupid? Embarrassed? Alone? Outcast? We cannot control people.

"Beloved do not be amazed when things happen to test your quality."

Ever feel alone, embarrassed, stupid, like the outcast?

"All men can be moved at My wish.
Rely on Me.
Rest in this certainty:
You can be at peace and trust filled
....even when you have no human security."

We have all been in situations
where we felt like we were the "odd man out"
Were everyone is happy to see everyone else.
Or even worse-
when you don't seem to be someone they want to know.

Marriage should be the place that when you walk in the front door,
you will be greeted by
someone's loving approval and sense of belonging.

Sometimes that doesn't always happen.
God, thank You that I am approved by You.

Jesus chose often to pull away from the demands of life to pray to refresh Himself, to get clear direction.

Beth Moore, "Girlfriend, I know a hundred women who would beg, borrow, or steal to have a man like yours.   Why do you constantly tear him down or make fun of him?   And when you have accomplished what you were after, will you be happy with what you have left?"

People who are chronically insecure often have an overwelming tendency to become control freaks.

"There are a few individuals who you will discover bring out your desire to control them.   Have you ever wondered why?   Any insecure person's greatest need for control is directed towards those who have the most potential to either threaten their security or strengthen it.  If you are like me, there is also those with whom you most volunteer to fill in for God.

I believe our greatest challenge
is to avoid trying to control someone
toward what we are genuinely convinced is a better life."
